Which are the highest paid chartered accountant jobs and name the companies which offer it?

It depends on the market, applicant's skills, etc. If I take fresh CA, and  he applies for various positions in multiple sectors, in that way, top order jobs are:
-Investment banking- (Goldman sachs, JP Morgan chase, Citigroup,HSBC. etc.) 
-Consulting-(MCkinsey&co, BCG, Bain&co. etc.)
